Madeleines are fun to make but you need two so that there isn't lag time between batches baking.

the madeleines these turned out were beautiful. they didn't stick if you buttered and floured, and they were nice and smooth too.

this is a simple madeleine pan that needs to be "seasoned" after several uses, it seems to bake just fine.

This pan provides perfect madeleines. Just make sure you use enough butter and flour to truly coat each cookie. I tried without the flour and no good. Definitely go with the tin as opposed to silicone or nonstick. Gives you perfectly formed golden tea biscuits. I wish I had purchased two of them. A winner!

This pan provided a wonderful light golden color to the madeleines. I recommended using a spread of 1 tablespoon of melted butter and 1 tablespoon of flour mixed and brushed on to the molds. This made them virtually nonstick and added wonderfully to the color and taste. This product is wonderful, I might have to order a second one since my recipe always yields 2 batches!!
