These glasses are OK. After reading the reviews I thought they would be the perfect addition to my Thanksgiving table to dress it up however, I decided to use my other ( more delicate and expensive crystal) beverage set instead. These glasses seem a bit rugged and have a sort of massed produced quality to them and I wanted something new to go with my very expensive china set. For the price I paid, they are sufficient for use as everyday beverage glasses. They are heavy but I was expecting something more refined I guess for a formal dinner party. But they are great for what they are. I might give them away as a gift. I'm sure they will be appreciated. These do not look like nor are they a high quality crystal beverage set. Hope this helps in making your decision.

The product was beautiful. The 1st set and 3 bken glasses and you sent a replacement. You sent two replacements and that was a good thing because 3 more glasses were broken so I replaced them with the 2nd set. The wine glasses arrived in perfect condition. It seems that the end glasses were broken. But you were wonderful to deal with and the replacements came in no time at all.. Over all I am very satisfied.

Would absolutely recommend anyone to buy these glasses.Great for entertaining. I received many compliments on them they are very sturdy and not cheap looking at all.You won't regret buying them I promise.Another great deal from Amazon!

The set of Iced Beverage Glasses are beautiful. I wish I could buy some. I was shocked the box of glasses were shipped inside of a larger box with no cushion to prevent the box of glasses from sliding back and forth inside the larger box. When I recieved the first order one glass was shattered, one glass had the pedestal broken in half, one glass was cracked, and three glasses were chipped. I sent them back. The second order had one glass with the pedestal broken and two glasses chipped. Amazon refunded my money. I wish Amazon would use proper packageing techniques and I could buy some unbroken glasses.

When people said these were heavy, I didn't realize they meant HEAVY. This is not a complaint. They are beautiful and the sound they make is great, too. Well worth the price.
