Smithsonian magazine January 18, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Smithsonian is always the magazine I grab in a doctor's waiting room. It is always interesting and educational. It makes the time whiz by and sometimes I'm even sorry when I am called in for my appointment.
Nosy bits of information for everyone January 8, 2008 Smithsonian is a great magazine for those who are interested in everything. A typical issue might cover origami, leopards, Alexander Hamilton, and Mars. The articles are short (1-2 pages) and are written for the laymen. My favorite page is the almanac - a list of things that happened or were invented during the month of the issue. Wonderful bits of trivia to share at your next book club or dinner party!
Great for all ages! December 5, 2007 I purchased a subscription to this magazine last year for my husband for Christmas. My dad came over and saw it and wanted the copies when we were done (so he got a subscription this year!). My 10 and 14 yr olds read it and so do I. It is so interesting, lots of science and history related articles, just a great publication!
A Collection Of Photographic Adventures October 30, 2007 This publication is a welcomed addition to any home or office library. The publication features colorful and dynamic photography as well as well-written feature stories from around the world.
Smithsonian October 17, 2007 the Smithsonian is a very interesting and educational magazine. I look forward to it every month and enjoy the information. It keeps me informed about global events, problems, environmental problems, different cultures and much more.
