4 out of 5 stars very solid   January 13, 2008
a great combination of the original 6 million dollar man, and the bionic woman. although the writing, could be better, especially some of the continuity problems, the actors pull off this show with ease. almost trys to be a little to dark, and graphic, still works well overall.

4 out of 5 stars So far, so good, and let's stay on topic, people?   January 7, 2008
I'm a couple of episodes behind, but I've been enjoying the new Bionic Woman so far. I like the feel of the show, and the darker edge to it.

I do have one other comment to make, though, regarding not the show but the reviews posted here -- If you want to complain about the Unbox service, the Unbox Player software, or that it isn't available for your OS of choice, please DO NOT make your complaint as a one-star review of a show, while saying nothing at all about the show. (Or a "review" that's a rebuttal to said complaints, but says nothing about the show, either!) I've gone through all the reviews for this show and flagged all of these "non-reviews" as inappropriate. Hopefully someone at Amazon will take notice and delete them. It is not at all helpful to other users of the site to have a show's average rating pulled down by one-star "reviews" that aren't about the show at all. (End Soapbox Mode)

5 out of 5 stars Nice revisit of an old TV hit   December 23, 2007
I found myself becoming more interested as the plot lines evolved. The new show has brought in more technology than the original series, while keeping the theme similar. This version is darker and has more edge than the first series. The younger sister started out slightly shallow, but the need of having her watched by older adults was addressed early on in the series Now I think that both "sisters" are developing their sibling roles nicely. The actors that support Michelle Ryan have developed into a fine ensemble of people. I would like to see more of Mark Sheppard in future episodes. There are also danglers of plot in each episode. I hope the show continues. It has turned out to be a show I look forward to watching on my PC.

3 out of 5 stars An acceptable re-do of the classic   December 22, 2007
This new version is an improvement over the old version as the characters have some depth.

The special effects are pretty bad when she is jumping from building to building. I'm willing to accept she has strong legs and can jump far but the arc of the jumps is very obviously and distractingly wrong.

2 out of 5 stars Borring new TV series!   December 13, 2007

The original series starring Lindsey Wagner that was shown in the 70s was much better than this remake. Started out okay; but by the time the third episode aired, I got bored. Was confused on which way the villain was going. Is she good or bad?? Got tired of being confused with this muddled written show and no longer watch it. Sorry
