Actron CP9125 PocketScan Diagnostic Code March 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great easy to use scanner. Will pay for itself the first time you use it. This one is so simple to use my wife was able to use it while I was away. Reads codes and also allows you to reset the codes.
Good Value March 8, 2008 Tris reader is a good value. It allows easy code reading and resetting at a reasonable price.
Got the Job Done March 1, 2008 A trusted mechanic wanted $40 to erase a code and turn off the check engine light. I would then drive to see if light returned. He was 99% sure that a previously red hot converter on the car -a 98 Dodge stratus with 190,000 miles- would reguire a new catalytic converter and most likely an Oxygen Sensor - $1,000 worth of work. The simple to follow instructions - which must be followed- worked great. The car passed emissions after I checked to see all codes were working and now I have a tool to use for trouble shooting problems in the future.
Great value!!!!!!!!! Useful tool.
i want one February 28, 2008 Gave as a gift. We used it 4 times within the first hour. It works great! The accompanied manual has most of the common codes right in it. Highly recommend. What a deal
Excellent Product February 25, 2008 Great tool to have if you want to know why that mysterious MIL (check engine light) is on. Very simple to use and understand. In less than a minute you will have the error codes. The book gives you a short description of the problem. Then I just googled the code and the description and found what I needed to fix the problem myself. I probably saved $300- on this one issue.
