This was a hit of a gift for my dad, who is hard to buy for. He really like it with all the gadgets. It was useful for him when the power went out. He could plug in the cordless phone and have the radio on.
Easy to set up & gives me secruity in case we loose power February 6, 2007
This Black & Decker StormStation All-in-one was easy to set up & will be easy to carry around even wih my injured shoulder. It seems like a great thing to have when the power goes off this winter, which it will at least once or more.

I bought 2 of them. One for us and one for a friend.We haven't used ours yet, but it's ready to go.The friend had a power outage and used his. He said it was great. The light lit up his living room enough to read by. He got to listen to radio and tv stations . According to him , more people should have one in their home.

I am pleased with my Black & Decker StormStation. It looks heavier than it is so I was pleased to find it is easy for me to lift and carry. All of its components work well. The lights are bright and I have good reception on for the radio and tv stations. I picked up the weather station but I'm not concerned with it as I only need the other receivers for my needs. We've not had another storm since I received my StormStation, but I feel very comfortable knowing it is in my home. I am considering purchasing more for my family and for our church.
Good item for the RV January 24, 2007
The B&D Storm Station was bought for our RV Camper. It can be used in the outdoor for a radio/light and a 12V power source for your cell phone. It has done a fine job for us. It can be taken into the home when not being used on an RV trip. It preformed very well.
