Xantrex doesn't care about it's customers May 9, 2008 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
I was quite happy to receive the product and when it came I started using it immediatly. However, when the adapter that plugs into the lighter socket became bent it now just falls out of the socket. This is a problem that could be rectified easy by Xantrex by sending me another cord/adapter but they refuse to answer my emails. I am really mad that they are just ignoring me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Works but not well built March 4, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This product is obviously of low quality. The socket is not well aligned. It works well.
nice looking product November 30, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item works as described. It is well made, looks good and doesn't feel cheap. It has a long cord that will come in handy for the car sockets in hard to reach places. I use this to run my computer in the car and it works great. There are so many of these type of adaptors on the market but this is a good one.
Xantrex 100-Watt Inverter November 7, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The inverter works great. It produces quite a bit of heat but this does not seem to effect the performance. It's also small and light weight so it's great for traveling. I will use it on a trip to Germany over Christmas so we'll see how it does then but no complaints so far. I have it for my 13in MacBook.
Works as advertised August 1, 2007 This works great on those transatlantic flights. I used it on AA and it powered my laptop and charged my iPod. Gets a little warm after a few hours of use, though.
