At this price you could not expect a device to keep you powered for long periods of time. However, this is very handy when you need a jump. Or if your camping its great for a light or to recharge cell phones. This is a low end power supply. Not exactly enough power for when your home loses power but great if used in conjuction with a larger unit.

I purchased this power supply for a laptop computer. I noticed that the
full charge light goes out very quickly even with the unit not connected to a load. Then, after I turned the switch on, the laptop stayed powered for a very short time. Less than one hour.

I had purchased this on special from Amazon a year or so ago. Charged it once. It sat until this morning when my battery was kaput. I plugged it in, let it stand connected for a few minutes with jumper cables connected. Then started car on 1st try! What a super convenient item! Drove to the store to exchange the battery.
Highly recommend this if you go out and about (ie camping, etc) and you have an automatic vehicle that cannot be push started easily.
It's very easy to use. The shortcut instruction card attached to the unit tells succinctly how to connect and use it.
It also has an alternator check which helped diagnose if the battery or alternator were bad.
Recommend it!
Has AC, DC, work light, inflator, jump starter. All in one!

Arrived on Monday. Charged it (fyi, you need to charge it 40 hours prior to use). Used it on Thursday to jump the car. Started over on the first try.
My kids always leave the minivan sliding door open and we were sick of calling our motor club to jump it. Eventually we ran out of the covered visits that came with our motor club and had to call location gas stations for a jump. So I bought this. Based off of past experience, I knew we would be uysing it a lot. My wife called me this morning saying the kids did it again - left the door open. I walked her through the hookup on the phone, while she also followed the directions that come with the battery and in 2 minutes, she had the car running.
Glad we purchased it. Instead of calling a friend for a jump (btw, we have a one car garage, so I'd have to push the minivan out of the garage so that we could get another car next to our van for a jump), or a gas station, or a motor club, we just did it oursleves within 2 minutes!
