 Great except for the Black Ink September 16, 2008
The colored ink was just fine for my printer, it was the perfect fit. But the black it came with was not. My printer takes a different black than the one in the box now I'm stuck with it. But it was still a good price.

They worked quite well and as expected. Just be careful when breaking the latch before inserting the cartridge, you might inadvertently (like me) press the sides too much. When the latch comes off, you'll have ink spurting into your hand ! Just hold the cartridge from the narrow sides rather than the wide ones and you should be alright.

The black ink cartridge is not compatible with the Canon Pixma MX700 even though they are bundled together. Here is what Canon says:
The color inks bundled in the multi-pack are compatible with the MX700,
however, the CLi-8BK ink tank is not compatible with the MX700. We
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the
pack you purchased is a multi-pack, which includes all the colors and
the CLi-8BK. You may need to separately purchase the PGi-5BK ink tank.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
So, don't buy this four-pack thinking you can use the black ink.
 Canon Ink Multiple Tanks September 8, 2008
This is a great way to buy ink for Canon printers. It is handy to have all the tanks in one package. I find they all begin to run out one after the other rather than all at once. This saves me from having to go back out and buy another tank. I try to buy online at Amazon because it is fast, secure and I don't have to buy a tank of gas to get it!
Purchase of Original inks September 7, 2008
I always buy the original inks for my Canon printer just because I would rather buy what the manufacturer recommends than try a copy and end up damaging my printer. I think Canon inks are more affordable than HP anyway.
