The one to get if you have Wi-Fi September 4, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought these phones because of problems with the 5.8ghz cordless phones I had. I have wireless internet in my home and the Dect 6.0 was supposed to be unaffected by this. They were easy to set up and crystal clear. Exactly as promised. They are also very easy to use. I can even "page" my son downstairs with these phones.
excellent phone for homeI September 3, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this phone to replace our old Vtech phone. It exceeded my expectations. The phone is simple to use, easy to hold and handle, the speaker phone is clear and loud, plus lots of other convenient features - a few of those I like were the ability of storing phone numbers from the caller ID and sharing stored phone numbers with the other phones easily, and to be able to listen to the messages from the any of the cordless phones. I would have liked it if I can tell how many calls are saved in the answering machine. But that is just minor. I would definitely recommend this phone for home use.
Great Set, with solid performance. September 2, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
We had these phones for the last 2 monthes, They are doing very well. We have a wireless router and there is no problems at all, which was a problem with our previous cordless phones. Their design is simple, comfortable and eligant. I highly recommend this set.
Better than I expected September 1, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I read all the excellent reviews here, and was still impressed by these phones. We have been using them for about 3 months now. One feature I really love is that I can edit the caller ID name and number (remove the area code, for example) and store the result in the "phone book." You can also edit the name of the person calling to something like "Amy's Cell" and the next time Amy calls me from her cell phone the caller ID reads "Amy's cell." Just as useful is the ability to then "push" that phonebook entry to the other 2 handsets of my 3-handset system. Like the other reviewers have mentioned, range, voice clarity and battery life is outstanding. You won't be disappointed.
Corded quality without a cord September 1, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After purchasing a new wireless router for our home network, we noticed our cordless phones cut in and out. The Panasonic had the Dect 6.0 technology, and the sound quality was as good as a corded phone. The menu system uses a lot of keystrokes, but is OK once you get used to it. If filled our need 100%.
