My friend absolutely LOVES her Chi and recommended this for me. I tried it but it just really fried my hair. I am sure I was doing it wrong. It did not come with any instructions at all. So, I'm sure it is a great product if you know how to use it. It just didn't work for me. I had to send mine back. I'm still giving it 3 stars because it probably would be great for someone who knows how to use a flat iron. I am just back to using the blow dryer again.

Heats up quickly. Cuts down styling time by at least half. Very much worth the money - doesn't even compare to the straighteners you would buy in stores for $30.

This is the best straightener that I have ever used. It works fast, and it is easy to use. I have naturally wavy hair, and it straightens perfectly. I would recommend this iron for anyone with frizzy or wavy hair. It is certainly worth the money.

I've found this flat iron to be easy to use. I've been pleasantly surprised with how the results last, even when the humidity goes up or the rains come. Using products designed to "relax" curls contributes to long-lasting results. I use the iron 1-2 times per week. I can't speak yet to durability over the long haul, but thus far, this has been a great product.
