I have had this for a month. The item is outstanding. The water tank is just the right size to get a complete cleaing in and the variety of attachments is a nice feature. If you are looking for a water pik, you just found it.

Despite reading reviews that say the WaterPik has a short life span, I decided to buy it. So far it is great. You get that clean, just-left-the-dentist feeling all over your mouth. I'm happy with the purchase.

Wow! Wish I had used this years ago!!! It cleans out all the crevices and nooks and crannies between the teeth and gums. I recommend it to people who have bridges in their teeth. It cleans out where the floss can't reach, and you know it won't embed any food particles--it gets rid of them all.

I bought my first one in January of 2008 and have kept it at home. I was using a portable Waterpik when I traveled and the portable can not compare to this unit for satisfaction. When I saw the price promo Amazon was running about a month ago I bought this one for when I am out of town. Great product. I highly recommend it. My dentist is very pleased with the improvement in my dental care and this product makes care easy & effective.

Wow! who knew waterpik would be such an amazing and fabulous product.
My dentist recommended this product (I know this part sounds like an ad but its true). Prior to her recommendation I never thought of using a waterpik because I figured good ole' fashion flossing was enough..."NOT"!! OMG... the amount of food particles that are flushed from between my teeth after flossing is UNBELIEVABLE. This is a MUST HAVE!!
On another note... I could only withstand starting with the first power level when I began using this tool. 2 weeks later I was able to move to level 2 and I'm hoping to increase my levels gradually. However I can't imagine using the highest level 10... I'm assuming one must have gums of steel to accommodate this level... a goal I don't mind trying to reach.
This should be a required product for everyone. This is the best dental product I've ever been introduced to.
After using this I want to go to the dentist!!
