Not the greatest... June 13, 2008 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
I owned this product for a just little over one year and it already stopped holding its charge. When it did work, it was a huge strain on your arms for such a small trimmer. I have had gas trimmers that were easier to hold.
Toro 12 volt trimmer May 29, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Worked good overall.Seemed to have plenty of power for a rechargeable unit.Great for touchup,or small areas.
Looking for another trimmer May 25, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
At first we were very happy with this trimmer...However almost a year later we are looking for another trimmer.....The battery is only holding up for about 15-20 min now...It never did hold the whole 45 min run time - about 35min... Just thought we should mention this to all shoppers!
Toro Toy, very disappointed May 23, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a toy, not a real trimmer. When Jr. wants to help dad let him go behind you because it takes so much time to trim the smallest of grass. If you cant use it to bond with Jr. I suggest you stay away. What was Toro thinking only 8 inch cutting swath. Mine kept cutting out while I was using for first time, only five minutes in use. Thank god they took it back, Shame on Toro!!!!!

The battery stopped holding a charge even before I'd used up the string that came with the trimmer. I guess they could advertise that the line never needs replacing.
