This is a great prouduct! The accuracy of it is pretty amazing, and I love being able to keep track of my progress on my computer. I had a pedometer from Weight Watchers which every mile was off by about one quarter of a mile, and it was set up properly also.

I have been using pedometers since 1991. Products of different brands have ranged from bad to terrible.
From being inaccurate to downright unreliable.
Omron pedometer is remarkably accurate and reliable. Calories expended feature is a big bonus. Downloading data to my computer is a big help in keeping track of my walking program.

This is so easy to use . I am 52 and have recently lost over 50 pounds with a low carb diet and walking . It keeps track of distance , it tells time , and comes with a very informative computer disc to help show your progress. You put it on in the morning and forget about it .I have tried the less expensive type and was not at all happy with those .This one is quiet , and easy . You will love it !

Bought the devise for my wife who works in a Hospice facility.She now knows that she takes 10,000 steps a day. Best of all the little gem downloads all kinds of stats like calorie burned on a daily,weekly,monthly basis on a PC. Very accurate and very intriging!

This is the very best pedometer I have ever tryed!
I'm a Nurse and I wear it in my scrub pants pocket and it does a great job
the program on the computer is great too very motivating
