Very fun February 28, 2004 When I first bought this toy for my daughter, I never expected how much she would love it. She waits when all of the balls are out. Then she hovers her face over the part where the air blows and laughs. After the air stops blowing in her hair and face, she puts all the balls back in. Sometimes she lets the balls run their course and claps while they go in and out of the tubes. She doesn't quite understand the concept that you only have to push the red lever down once. Instead, she hits it about 5 or 6 times. She also puts other things in it besides the balls that came with it (sometimes she clogs it). The only con to this contraption is that the orange and yellow obstacle, which the balls slide down, comes off easliy. Other than that, she can sit a play with this toy for quite some time and never get bored.
Who'd have guessed February 22, 2004 Grandma bought this for my 1 year old for Christmas and it was the biggest hit of the day for all the grand kids including my baby's 7, 16 and 19 year-old cousins and his two 40-something Uncles. We discovered that there are lots of fun things that you can pop other than the balls that were included. For some real laughs try letting your little ones tear up kleenex and drop it in . My two boys (1 and 3 years old) were hysterical. It entertains them for hours. I thought this would be a waste of money and a dust collector. Boy was I wrong....Who'd have guessed!!
should be recalled and relabled for a different age group February 1, 2004 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
My 23 month old daughter got her arm jammed in the tube and it took 10 minutes to get it out. (While of course she is screaming and crying.) If the yellow gaurd on the top actually stayed on she would never have been able to get her arm in there. But of course it isn't very child friendly when they can pull the whole toy apart. Thanks Hasbro for the very unsafe toy!
FUN, FUN, FUN February 1, 2004 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This ball popper is a lot of fun for all ages, myself included!! Our 1 yr old loves the music and loves trying to catch the balls as they pop out one hole and roll down into the other hole - takes a little coordination and he also learns cause and effect, if you plug one hole they will pop out the other. Our 5 yr old also loves playing with it!! It plays a variety of songs, so it really hasn't gotten on my nerves at all. Lots of entertainment and keeps both kids busy!!!
Love it! January 26, 2004 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
My daughter LOVES this toy! She has figured out that if you hold your hand over either of the holes to block the air, when you let go the balls go flying everywhere! It is easy to use and a lot of fun!
