It's so great that I can't stop loving it! June 2, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Yes! This is one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. It really touched my heart, even though I not a very sentimental person. You could say it made me think in a different way, and that's pretty good for a movie I believe.
The Music Stands Out. May 26, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
In my mind the best Disney to date. The soundtrack from the last seven Disney films has been excellent... This started with The Little Mermaid and peaked with Beauty and the Beast. Aladin and The Lion King are also stunning. I think from then on has been less memorable and yet still of a high standard. If you're in the right mood then it's worth a watch.
A meticulously made movie with an enthralling plot May 17, 1999 This movie is one of the best Disney movies I have ever seen. The animation and the music score are magnificent. If you have never seen a Disney movie before, Beauty and the Beast should be one of the few you should start with. The landscape scenes in the movie are very realistic considering that this movie does not involve as much computer animation as those produced nowadays. One can surely see the time and hard work invested into this movie by the group of talented artists and musicians. Overall, this movie is simply wonderful.
This is still my favorite Disney movie May 3, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
