The color is great. It's a very clean white & the clear part at the top is nice and translucent--no cloudiness.
This shower curtian is long, for those of us who benefit from a lenghthier curtain.
I LOVE how much light is able to shine through! No more drowsy, dark showers. I'm NOT a morning person, so the flood of light really helps me to 'wake up'.
I found the 'window' to be very comforting (an unexpected bonus!). I feel like I'm still "present" in the room while showering--not distant, removed, 'closed off' or unavailable. If you occasionally chat with or are often "consulted" by family members during your bathroom routines, then you'll DEFINITELY appreciate this feature.
If your baby is currently going through a "separation anxiety" phase (as all babies & toddlers do) then this shower curtain is a prayer answered! Now Baby can continue to keep a watchful eye on Mommy-even while she showers. No more baby fits & tantrums while Mommy rushes through a shower as fast as she can.
I haven't had this shower curtain long enough to comment on the anti-bacterial properties. However, I can comment on these things:
~ This curtain IS heavy-duty. It's sturdy and well-crafted.
~ The reviewer who commented on the height was correct--if you require ample or adequate coverage, then it's a perfect fit for a male or a short to medium height female.

Previous reviews warning of the true height of the clear panel helped me be prepared. It arrived in one piece in a timely manner, it was a reasonable price and so far it seems fine.

don't worry about some psycho murder while showering ever again! you can see what's going on outside the shower, but people who come in can't see your business.

Ever since that evil little tubbo, Alfred Hitchcock, had Tony Perkins stab naked Janet Leigh to death while she was taking a shower, millions have had a certain negative tension about pulling that curtain. This product allows you to see what's coming or looking at you while your personables are modestly unviewed..whether it be the neighbor's wandering toddler, the panting Airdale with cold wet(eeek!)nose, or a SWAT team invading the wrong house.
The shower should be a peaceful, mostly private, well-lighted, relaxing place..at the very least. This product helps. Unfortunately for visual perfectionists, the lower opaque panel is a ghastly gray. It could so easily be a
nice white, instead. The illustration shows the product
as HAVING a white lower panel. That is a photographic
falsehood. Shame on you, amazon. The lower panel IS november graveyard gray, folks. Still, this is a clever and useful product.
