These towels were not worth the money. They are thin (which would be fine) if they weren't so rough. I followed instructions on how to wash them and still, horrible.
I do not recommend that at all
 The Perfect Towel Set October 22, 2008
Pike Street has a great product in their Egyptian Cotton 725-Gram 6-piece towel set. I ordered it in pale green and it is prettier than it sounds. The towels wash up beautifully, and the bath towels are big, big and fluffy, fluffy! I had ordered a set from a different manufacturer from around the same price , but nobody uses them. I thought most towels were the same, but it's not so. I am going to order another soon.

I am extremly picky about what type of towels, linens, etc. These are amazing, the colors are true and they are an excellent buy. I want some more, actually.

No smell as some have mentioned, washed them out of the bag and they are fluffy soft and absorbent good deal.

I don't know what the folks who warn that the towels fade with washing use for soap, but they better stop grabbing the bleach container. That's the only explanation - dumb user error.
These towels are fantastic. They are as soft as described, and I washed them upon receipt - colors stayed full and towels are beautiful.
What a find for $20!!!
