I recently purchased this body fat monitor and scale and am very happy that I bought this kind of a good product. It helps me save my data and help me monitor my weight regularly.

This scale is reliable and easy to use; with multiple user profiles, BMI and water% readings that are actually consistent, unlike some scales that render erratically different numbers, in the same 1 or 2 minute period of weighing on them.
As an added bonus it's also sturdy, easy to clean and has a fairly modern, subtle look in the bathroom.

I find the Omron HBF-400 to be extremely accurate in all it's readings.
I use this scale almost daily to help monitor my weight. It gives a daily individual reading or an average over a period of time. This unit is sturdy, well made and has a large digital display. I would definately recommend this unit to anybody. I love it!

This is a great family tool. It help the whole family to track out weight health by telling us day-to-day the ups and downs of nutrition by counting calories, body fat, and other data.

Seems like the bad reviews resulted from higher fat and lower muscle readings than what was expected. I can't compare accuracy to other equipment. I can say that if you use it as a reference you will be very satisfied.
For the seven months that I've used it, the results have been consistent. It's been a great tool for losing fat weight and keeping muscle.
The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because of the memory. It may store 90 readings, but you can only view readings from three, seven, 30, and 90 days ago. So instead of using the stored memory, I enter readings into a spreadsheet.
