The reasons I picked this item from many other similar matresses is that it's low price and it's ventilated. I wouldn't buy this one or any memory foam matress if I lived in Florida in the summer you'le stew in your own body heat. Ventilated is better. The start-up smell was very mild and not unpleasant. It's extremely comfortable and my sleep improved I think the heyday for metal spring matresses has come and gone.
Also the vendor was excellent (only 1 1/2) business day to get it.

This matress pad is so comfortable! I read the reviews saying that it runs too small, so I ordered a queen for our full sized bed. It wasn't hard to trim with scissors. You will need deep pocket sheets.
Despite what other reviewers said, I think the pillows are nice. The matress pad alone is worth the money. We do not need to replace our worn out matress. It is now the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.
Foam Mattress July 2, 2008
Overall comfortable, but expected it to feel a little softer. I still like it though and it fit the bed perfectly. I do sleep a lot better than before. Definetely good deal for the price!!

I love this mattress pad! It is so comfortable! I had to replace our old foam pad due to a spiteful cat and was thrilled that this worked out so well. I received both pillows with the pad, and they are pretty good. I put the covers from my old memory foam pillows on because as stated on other reviews, they are not covered. There also is no cover on the pad, but I have seen some at local stores to purchase and I may do that. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
 ok if order larger size, but pillows are irregular at best June 28, 2008
Pillows cut irregularly very roughly, very uncomfortable and seem discolored with partial yellow faded foam. Pillows look pretty oddly shaped like cut by a small child, and one is size for an infant, other child sized. Topper itself is ok but I ordered king size for queen size bed, and cut an inch or two off all sides, fits great. Can I return just the pillows?
