I love the pillows.They are not to hard or to soft.
They do have a bad smell. I let mine air out on our patio & the smell went away. My hubby loves his pillow as well.
I am planning on purchasing more for our guest room & kids rooms too.

it does stay cool and bounce back from laying on it, but when you lay your head on it sinks a lot not much support.

I bought the pillows to decorate my bed, they turned out to be perfect, soft but still bouncy =), The price was very reasonable and the quality is very good.

The boyfriend likes them a lot more than I do. I like my pillows a little more firm than this, but they're great for propping me up when I'm reading or watching TV. Got the king size and they're a great fit for my pillow cases that go with the rest of my sets even though I usually sleep on standard pillows.

I was so happy with the quality and price of these pillows, unfortunately there is a strange odor in them that to me smells like exhaust fumes. I am hoping the smell goes away, but it has been a week and no change. I noticed some people are not having the odor problem... lucky them.
