James Van Praagh is an excellent writer!! His writing style is easy to read, and easy to understand and keeps my attention! I love his occasional stories of his memories and I especially enjoyed his helpful tips on meditation. Not only do I recommend this book, but I'd go even further to recommend his previous books, because they are all enjoyable!

Being a professional psychic I always love to read what others like me (or similar!)have to say. I feel that James is a very kind person who really wants to assist others. This book is great for any level of understanding. It's very simple & written in laymans terms. I found it delightful and easy to assimilate and read it very quickly. Though the information is basic it's important stuff and could be used by either the professional or someone who is just beginning to understand this phenomena. I found the book rather boring. I could not finish it. I am a aviod reader but this book seemed just silly to me.
