Dave's one of the best mentor's in this industry, ever. His systems are tried and true; follow them to success. This book puts into writing what he teaches at his boot camps, and in an organized way that can be quickly accessed again and again.

Dave's style is straight to the point...nothing held back, no punches pulled. He lays out the path of success in real estate investing: identifying the right place to invest at the right time to realize financial success. I consider him one of the true real estate gurus in our time. The writing is clear and easy to read. GET THIS BOOK! You won't be disappointed. Just take ACTION!

In the past I've owned a few small apt projects. 8 units being the largest. Managed and maintained them myself-what a headache. Currently we have several homes and some land parcels with debt service that rent won't begin to cover-what a drain. Always thought you buy and hold and ride the different markets. I read at least 2 real estate books per month and highlight important info. This book is all highlights! Knowing when and where to buy, when and where to sell, and the power of even a $10 rent increase will not only increase cash flow but vastly increase its' property value. Thank you Dave I'm analyzing apartments and will be buying very soon! Verlin V.

Good information and I believe on target. I did find it jumped around a lot to the point I had to read it several times to get the full impact of the material.
