Wealth of Information November 30, 2007 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
This was a great book...step by step description of real world real estate investing. It is easy to follow and seems to make sense. It has been written by someone that has purchased over 500 multi family properties. This definitely lends credibility to the value of the information included in the book. If you are looking to invest in multi family properties this is a must read!!!

THIS BOOK IS A MASTER PIECE! I WOULD GIVE THIS BOOK 10 STARS! November 25, 2007 0 out of 5 found this review helpful
David Lindahl is like Tom Brady of the New England Patriots or Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts. He's the real deal and know one is better than David Lindahl. The information in this book blew my mind away. It's by far the best real estate investing book out there. I was surprise he would reveal that kind of information in a $15 book. This is a must read for all real estate investors. After reading this book you might discover your living in a goldmine. Thanks Dave, keep up the good work!
Mixed feelings November 23, 2007 28 out of 34 found this review helpful
I am an active real estate investor and have read more books than I would like to admit. I read through this book and while some of the advice is relevant and true, there is not any information that is original or innovative. Several times in the book the reader was advised to go to the author's website for more information than what was contained in the book. I have a hard time paying for a book that advises me to search elsewhere including the author's website, for more info. While this did have some nuggets of info, I would advise the reader IMO that there are other books out there with the same or better content to spend your money on.
It doesn't surprize me November 23, 2007 0 out of 8 found this review helpful
I am one of Dave's students of his Apartment House Riches program. His teaching style is enjoyable and I thank him for being so generous and kind to give back with the type of information he gives you in his book. I would encourage others to read this book if you are at all serious about learning the real estate business or if you are just planning on buying a home.
A book that pays YOU back! November 18, 2007 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
"Emerging Real Estate Markets" provides a fresh and highly accessible look into one man's ascension in the real estate market. No one climbs a mountain without slipping on a few stones, and Dave proves a prime example of how to advance your footing in an ever-changing economy. Dave's best seller is lucid, his enthusiasm infectious. He balances invaluable insight into multi-family investing with a spark of humor that reinforces a motto of pushing forward. If wealth-acceleration is a lock, this book is the key! Charming, sagacious, exceptional, "Emerging Real Estate Markets" is a rising tide of its own! A must buy for every investor!
