Good book that gives a clear and concise plan for what you need to know both before and after you purchase an apartment complex. The book gives real world examples of some of the pitfalls you can run into and how to protect yourself from them.

Dave Lindahl is right on the money when it comes to buying & flipping, buying, rehabbing, stabilizing, and selling, and buying, repositioning and selling or cash flowing multi-family properties with any of these strategies. Dave has obviously "been there, done that" with all types of multi-family properties. This is a perfect "how to" guide for the beginning multi-family investor or the experienced pro who wants to fine tune his multi-family projects. I highly recommend Dave's book. Bruce A.
