Much Wisdom Much to Contemplate April 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Jaggi Vasudev is still alive and teaching today, which makes this book even more profound. I know from personal experience what he teaches is true, and certainly he goes beyond my own experiences into realms I seek to explore myself. His words of wisdom and insights into the process of self-realization can help lead anyone to discover the truth of who they are.

One more step toward enlightenment February 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am so excited about what Sadhguru has to say. He explains much about our behavior and reminds me that my life can be and is joyous if I choose to make it so. Set in a question and answer format, it's easy to follow and understand.
For the seeker December 19, 2006 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
This book gives an opportunity for every spiritual seeker, irrespective of their belief systems and religions, to get in touch with the energies of an Enlightened master. Every word spoken by the master resonates as a deeper sensibility within the reader and allows to experience the beginning of a new self-transformation. A transformation that brings about inner harmony, joy and peace.
Very Precious. December 15, 2006 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This book would be sum of all self-improvement books available in market plus much more. You need to have certain level of sensitiveness about life to understand and grasp the teachings. Very few books would touch your heart like this one does. Truly very precious.
True joy comes from within... August 11, 2005 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I am not sure why I picked up this book, but something intrigued me. I didn't know who the author was. As I read it, I realized that there was something inside of me that has gone unnoticed. He explained that yoga was a method that could awaken the deepest joy within me. I decided to take his program when he came to Atlanta. I couldn't believe that a set of practices could have such an impact on my life. My life has changed in how I interact with the world. Such a deep calm and peacefulness has awakened within me and it all started with this book.
