I'm not in the real estate business, but the concepts and success techniques Gary covers are applicable to anyone wanting to get more from their life.From the Preface and Introduction to the Six MythUnderstandings, The Millionaire.... sets the foundation for setting your sights higher and asking for more. The models for building a successful real estate business are straight forward, and can be easily translated to other industries. I also enjoyed the closing 'snapshots' of agents who have achieved success in a very competitive environment. Thanks for the good ideas and new perspective on achieving what ever you want!

This book is the ultimate guide to having a "business" doing real estate, as opposed to a "real estate job". It is not about making money, it is about gaining leverage, and having a life while producing a large income.A must read if you want to have a successful real estate business!!

For any agent at any level of Real Estate this book is a great place to start. Gary and Dave have captured specific action focused steps to help any motivated agent achieve success. The details of the how are unimportant - true agents will get that information in their offices or at local training, but this book focuses on the big why's and the major steps to take to move forward. Gary is currently on tour in the US promoting the book. Don't miss it. ...
