Clear writing. Step-by-step instructions to follow. The best part is the
author has done these special "repositioning" deals himself and is not just
another guru who makes his money only from teaching. I can actually believe
and follow this guy.

I thought I knew the best ways to make money in real estate, but this
book opened my eyes to a whole 'nother area: Repositioning. It's all about some key moves you can make with a property to get maximum value added for the minimum investment. This is a worthwhile addition to any real estate investor's library. J.T.Fortin
