In reading this book, there is only one other venue where you will learn as much on marketing with the use of technology, that is the e-Pro course offered by NAR. This book walks you thru the process of setting up your technology marketing plan.

REAL ESTATE RAINMAKER: GUIDE TO ONLINE MARKETING was recommended to me by web designer. I have almost completed my first read and plan re-read it again. There's a lot of very detailed and specific information and is a must read for agents who market on the internet.

This is the best book I've ever read on the subject of online marketing. One section alone, '75 Ways to Promote Your Site', is worth far more than the price of the book. When you factor in all the other practical advice, it's a must-read for any REALTOR who is serious about making money on the Web.

WOW! I am so energized after reading Dan Gooder Richard's book, REAL ESTATE RAINMAKER GUIDE TO ONLINE MARKETING! I'm not in Real Estate but in Retail with a store front as well as a website. I plan to use Richard's book as my bible for online maketing. Just wait. My website will be topnotch!!
