All the information was very straight forward. It didn't exactly reveal any new tips but if you don't have any experience with short sales it is excellent information for the money.

This book is great for those who are just starting or for the experienced investor who wants to learn some new techniques. I have read many book on investing and this is the only one thus far that has offered step by step advice. They even have a website in the book that offers you downloadable contracts. This is a a must have and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn short sales.

This book was by far, the best book I read regarding the short sale process. You can just about go out and do your own short sale deals just from reading this book. A bit more coaching may be helpful before you do so but you can get their quick.

When I first met Dwan 3 things came to mind about her: She is Strong, knows what she needs to do and she is very Humble. The same goes for when I met Sharon. What they teach is what is best first and foremost for the homeowner. Yes, you may be investing for a living, but if you place the homeowner first before the dollar sign you will be blessed for it. Upon purchasing their book we received a free live class and so much more. The book is easy to read and straight forward.I believe all the knowledge put in this book will help me continue to go forward and achieve my goals.
