I, for one, cannot complain about the happy ending that disappointed the other readers. Ms. Meyer set up a fantastic plot over the course of the first three books, developed that plot and her characters more fully than I ever expected in the fourth, and - yes - it is a fairy tale. A modern-day fairy-tale intricately woven in legend and fantasy. Enough suffering takes place in this series - real life suffering to which any ordinary human can relate, not the least of which is that brought on by undeniable love for another who is, for whatever reason, unavailable. The final installment rewards with the reader with intrigue and then resolution. I didn't want it to end, but if it had to, I'm happy with the ending.

This book is a little ridiculous. It takes the Twilight series on a weird turn that was somewhat disappointing. It completes the story with happy endings for all characters, but it leaves something to be desired.

my daughter got the book for Christmas and could not wait to start reading it, she is over half way done with the book, what a great gift to give, the joy of reading.

Great book, completed the Twilight Saga wonderfully. The author was careful to bring all the characters to satisfactory conclusions and still leave the door open to further exploration for the main characters if she so chooses in the future. The book was very well written and all of the questions that the reader might have were answered in a thoughtful and caring way. You will carry the characters with you as wonderful friends.
