I finally took the Bluetooth plunge after years of corded headsets. This one works better than my old corded headset and was only a few dollars more. I have no problems hearing other people and they seem to hear me fine as well. Co-workers have noted that there seems to be less background noise now when I call from my car.
Works fantastic with my Blackberr Curve 8330. I also love the feel of this headset. Stays put on my ear even when I jum around. My only minor complaint it that the range doesn't allow me to get more than 20-50 feet away before it starts to break up.

Have been using this for about 3 months now and the only complaint I have is some minor behind the ear irritation but keeping the device clean relives that. Battery life is acceptable, haven't had any issues with that. Out of all the Bluetooth I have owned, volume, or lack of, has been my complaint. On this device, I find that I have to turn it down! Not good in wind conditions but then again, primary use is in the car and office. I would like it more if it has a USB charge port and not a dedicated charger.

This is one hands free device that works as advertised. With other hands free devices, receiving or hearing is good and speaking back is ok if you don't mind people 20 feet away hearing your conversations. This device picks up the users voice and allows the user to speak naturally. The best that I have found.
Great Bluetooth! November 4, 2008
I had a bluetooth a few years ago but friends/family had trouble hearing me. With this one, I'm just as clear as if I were on my hand-set. This is the best product I've bought in a long time!

The title says it all. This thing works well and reliably, but often people say I sound good - though not great - and the multi-function button is non-intuitive for some of the higher functions. What can ya do.
