This is the official adapter (69520-01) for the Plantronics Explorer 330 (probably others, too).

Works exactly like it os supposed to. Plugs into the car lighter and charges my bluetooth.
Life saver! October 10, 2007
I was thrilled to find this after misplacing my home charger. I cannot get behind the wheel without my headset. I travel way too much to be on the road trying to drive one-handed. This little gem will save me much heartache and cramped neck and arms to be able to charge my headset on the road.

I use my headset only in the car and it is nice to have a charger inside of the car to charge it.
