Works as advertised. I had one before and lost it. This one seems to be as sturdy as my previous one. Wish the wires were a bit more sturdy but that would make the spool larger.
All in all, a nice unit.
Treo Sync Cable March 9, 2007

I lost my OEM Sync cable for my Treo 650 so needed a replacement. This one is much more compact than the original. It does feel a little more delicate so you do need to treat it tenderly. It worked fine the first and every time I sync'ed with it. The spring wound retracting devise jammed on me one time. I spent 10-15 minutes getting it to retract properly again. However even in it's tangled state, it did function OK as a sync cable. I do not regret buying this product. Also it was delivered quickly and in good condition.

Good solution for lightweight travelling along wih laptop, in that one can eliminate the bulky transformer typically used to charge the Palm Treo 650. Sync works fine as well, despite the thin ribbon cable used. Durability has been fine for 20 usage cycles, but cable attachment to connectors is likely failure mode.
