Uselessbone July 7, 2007 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
I had heard good things about this and my wife works at Best Buy, they just got them in and got a good price on it due to employee discount. I am extremely disappointed in this headset and I am returning it tomorrow. Not only is it uncomfortable to wear, but almost any movement of my head causes it to slide out of my ear and hang by the hook. I tried multiple combinations of the different earpieces and hooks that it comes with and none of them worked. Fancy noise-canceling and sound quality are useless when the headset wont stay in the ear.
Best Bluetooth I've ever used. July 4, 2007 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Great item, I've never used a bluetooth that is so clear and I don't have my other party asking if I'm on my bluetooth anymore because they can't hear me or it sounds choppy. It doesn't handle wind any better then any other bluetooths I've had (moto hs850, moto h700, jabra bt250) but the voice quality is unmatched. I highly recommend this headset.
Great Noise Reduction! Defeated the H1 Hummer! June 30, 2007 16 out of 18 found this review helpful
I bought this headset to replace a Jabra BT800 which was having spotty connections to my WM5 Samsung SCHi730 after having been reliable for a number of years. The reason I chose the Jawbone was that I was floored when talking to my brother, who likes to drive around in a ridiculous H1 Hummer. If you're not familiar with this vehicle, it is essentially a consumer version of the military Hummer. It is about the noisiest environment you can imagine, and my brother has had the habit of calling me on his cell when on long drives using a headset. Normally this is quite frustrating, but one morning he called and I would have sworn he was inside a quiet office. Once I found out that he had this headset, I immediately ordered it. I received it a few days ago, and had a slight problem initially with charging it as one person mentioned, but it wasn't hard to adjust the charger so that it would charge (Sheesh- a 1 star review over that?!). It was easy to pair up with my WM5 device right after that, and it works flawlessly. It has much better sound quality than my old BT800, and the connection problems I was having went away with the new headset (presumably I dropped the old BT800 one too many times).
Very comfortable June 29, 2007 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Just got it yesterday so I can't speak to longevity, but it's the most comfortable bluetooth headset I've ever worn. It is a little hard to push the on-button, but I think that will be a matter of practice. And it's BEAUTIFUL!
L O V E IT!!! June 29, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I just started using it yesterday and I'm loving it!!!
The earbud doesnt quite fit perfectly, but good enough to walk around with it on.
The quality is like no other. I've used it in the server room with hundreds of servers nearby; NO PROBLEM!!! That right there should get you to add it to your shopping cart!! I've also used it while driving on a highway in the car with my window rolled down; NO PROBLEM!!!
The initial pairing with my Ericsson phone took a bit longer than I expected but you only have to do it once, so it doesn't really matter.
Overall? Highly recommended!
