| Customer Reviews:
great sound, not so great fit September 9, 2008 the new Jawbone has the sound quality you desire, especially at this price point. however, the fit of the earpiece leaves something to be desired. although there are 3 different size adjustments, the fit still is not optimal. the piece tends to fall from my ear often and needs to be placed back. unfortunately if it happens during a call the noise canceling feature stops working. with a little more refining jawbone should be a total winner.
The Aliph Jawbone September 9, 2008 Aliph Jawbone Noise Shield Bluetooth Headset (Black) I'd bought several earpieces and I'd read several reviews on the New Jawbone it didn't have enough talk time or standby time I work with my phone so that's important to me. I went to several stores and there prices were exurbanite and they didn't have the older model Jawbone I'm very happy with the Jawbone I can even hear when my top is down on my carand people can hear me clearly. After much research I made the right decision. Thanxs to Amozon for having what I needed.Myra
Disappointed! September 9, 2008 The good news - the background noise suppression works. It is good for the people on the other end of the call. Otherwise I found the Jawbone to be a disappointment. Getting it to connect with my Palm Treo frequently takes several attempts. The earpiece is uncomfortable and awkward to put on and off.
Two Strikes, You're Out! September 5, 2008 I received my Jawbone and anxiously opened it and charged it. When it was fully charged I tried to use it. I was able to hear the other caller clearly, but they could not hear me at all. I sent it back for another. The next one would shut down by itself after a second or two.
Good ... finally September 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The first two units I got were defective. I could receive but not transmit. The customer service was good. I spent a couple hours with technicians trying to work the problems but had no luck. The third unit works as advertised. It took a while but I do like the Jawbone. Reception and transmission are very clear and the noise cancellation works very well
